Hello and happy January! In the season of new year’s resolutions, new habits, self-care, and personal growth, I am going to start posting more often. This means trying more new recipes, being creative, and doing lots of research. It also allows me to share my love for good (generally) healthy food that nourishes the body and soul.
This is the first recipe I want to share in 2022 because it’s absolutely delicious, filling, and pretty easy to make!
To save time, you can complete the steps simultaneously: Preheat the oven while bringing a pot of salted water to a boil (for the pasta) and prep the cauliflower at the same time. While the cauliflower is in the oven, you can cook the pasta and prepare the sauce. This way you save time and everything comes together at the end.
